Outside of work, Colin likes to keep fit and healthy by running, swimming, and cycling (road and mountain-bike), on a background of Triathlon and Duathlon racing for both Scotland and Great Britain in the early 2000’s.  Exercise is a fundamental part of his life and he strives to incorporate this into his physiotherapy management of a wide array of patients.
